Yes, for custom orders, we provide a rough digital preview or sketch for approval before proceeding with the final painting.
We primarily work with acrylic, watercolor, gouache and mixed media on canvas or artist-grade paper.
The creation time depends on the size and complexity of the painting. On average, it takes 7-12 days before the artwork is ready for shipping.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Secure payment gateways ensure a smooth transaction.
Our estimated delivery time is 15 days, although we strive to deliver sooner. The delivery time may vary based on the size and complexity of the artwork.
Since each artwork is unique and handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item/ the damaged item is received upon arrival.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started. However, if you wish to cancel a custom order within 12 hours of placing it, you may do so, and a full refund will be provided.
